Elk Member Registration
It is with great pleasure we welcome you to register for what we hope is going to be a successful Annual Meeting at the Red Lion Hotel in Pasco from June 13th – 16th, 2024. All registrations should be completed through the online registration portal at www.waelks.org (bottom of this page) no later than April 30th. If you are mailing a registration form and paper check, it should be postmarked to the state office no later than April 30th. All registrations received online or postmarked after April 30th will be charged $75.00 to register, with balance due being collected upon arrival at Pasco.
There should be only one (1) Elk Member per registration; please take care to follow this request.
Non-member spouse/partner/fiance and Non-member guests attending with an Elk member will pay $20.00 each and be listed on the Elk Member Registration form. Any Non-member spouse/partner/fiance/guest who is an Elk member (this is verified) needs to complete their own registration form.
Registration refunds: Full refund through May 24th; no registration refunds after.

Hotel Reservations
Rooms can be reserved at the convention rate of $123.88 including taxes directly with the hotel There is a breakfast buffet included with your room reservation. There is a $25 charge per night if you request a mini refrigerator in your guest room. The total will be added to your bill at checkout. All room reservations must be made by May 14th, 2024.
Hospitality Rooms
If additional items are needed for the hospitality rooms, they must be ordered through the Convention Chairman 2 weeks prior to arrival and will be added to the charges for the Hosts guestroom. All hospitality rooms will be assigned to the same area. Hospitality room hosts must complete a registration form as an individual Elk member as well as the Hospitality Specific Registration Form (request from convention chairman). Please remember all hospitality rooms must have a banquet permit from the WSLCB displayed in the room.
Hotel refund policy: 48 hour advance notice of your scheduled arrival date is required for a refund.

To book your room reservation by phone, please follow these steps.
- Call 509-547-0701 ext. 0
- Ask to make a reservation at the Pasco Red Lion
- Let them know you are with a group which begins on June 13th, 2024 – Washington State Elks Association Conference
- Give them the group block code WASH2024
- Complete individual reservation with agent.

Should you need to make changes to or cancel your room reservations please contact the hotel directly.
Remember to make room reservations directly with the hotel. You will find the directions to do this in the registration packet. Please remember all cancellations or changes to room reservations must be done directly with the hotel. Dry RV parking is available at The Red Lion for a fee, but there is no charge if you are a registered guest at the hotel.
Advance Meal Ticket Purchase:
Tickets need to be purchased in advance so we can properly report counts by all contracted date.
Please understand: You do not have the ability to purchase these at convention.
