Business Meeting & Celebration

October 17, 2026

Oak Harbor Elks Lodge #2362

The Oak Harbor Elks Lodge #2362 is excited to welcome everyone to beautiful Whidbey Island for the 2026 Washington State Elks Fall Quarterly Meeting & Celebration on October 16–17, 2026.

The lodge will be open their normal hours on Friday and will have a regular lodge dinner of chicken fried steak available, no rsvp needed but always appreciated (360-675-7111). Dinner will be followed by Karaoke put on by lodge phenom Davey Barber.

Saturday morning the lodge will open early for executive board meetings and by 11:30a will have a soup/salad/sandwich lunch available for purchase while the state business meetings kick off.

During the day Saturday there will be a scavenger hunt throughout town incorporating many of the local businesses – more information on that event can be found on our state website or in person at the lodge Friday or Saturday.

Saturday evenings event will be different than in the past.  Rather than gathering solely for Association business, we are opening our doors and inviting community leaders whose service, leadership, and commitment to the people of Washington mirror the values we strive to uphold. They will be invited because of the important role they play in our community and because we believe meaningful partnerships begin with conversation and understanding.

During the evening we will enjoy dinner alongside civic, government and military, leaders from across the Island and Skagit County areas, as well as Elks members from throughout Washington. Those attending will hear stories about several of our charitable programs and witness the recognition of lodges and individuals whose dedication has strengthened communities throughout our state.

This event is not a fundraiser, nor is it intended to advance any political or organizational agenda. It is simply a celebration of community service, volunteerism, and the partnerships that make Washington stronger.

Our plan is to end the evening with everyone knowing who Washington Elks are, what we do, and the difference our local lodges make every day. We also hope those invited VIP’s will think about the challenges and opportunities facing our communities and explore ways we can work together in service to our neighbors, then reach out and challenge the Elks to help.
