Specific meeting agendas will be sent out prior to the Quarterly. It is anticipated that the last meeting on Saturday will conclude by 4:00 PM.
The Lodge has blocked off rooms at the 4 Points by Sheraton 714 Lakeway Dr. Bellingham, WA (360-671- 1011) which is just a mile from the Lodge. Cost is $109.00 per night for a king size room and reservations must be made directly to the hotel by September 20th. When calling be sure to ask for the “Elks Quarterly Rate”.
Directions to the hotel – North bound: Exit 253. At stop sign, turn right. At stop light, straight through Fred Meyer parking lot. Turn right. Hotel is behind Fred Meyers. Hotel is one mile from the lodge.
The Lodge has planned some great meals and activities this weekend. As a courtesy to the lodge, please RSVP in advance as requested to help them with their planning.
- DINNER FRIDAY: Served at 6 PM will be Baron of beef, au gratin potatoes, vegetable, salad at a cost of $15.00 per person. (Bar will open at 3:00 PM)
- MUSIC: The Atlantics will start playing at 7:00 PM. They are old style rock N roll.
- SATURDAY MORNING: Coffee and rolls will be available at 8:00 AM.
- SATURDAY LUNCH: Served at 12:00 PM will be soups, sandwiches, salads, dessert at acost of $10.00 per person. (Bar will open at 11:00 AM)
- SATURDAY DINNER: Light dinner of Sandy’s famous chili dogs and chips for $4.00.
- SATURDAY EVENING BAR BINGO: At 6:00 PM we will have bar bingo in our lowerlounge. Ten games, $1.00 per card for regular games, $2.00 for last game of blackout.
Day trip for spouses
Meet at the lodge at 10:15 AM to be ready to leave at 10:30 AM for our first stop at Samson Winery in Everson, WA for a tasting of family grown and made wines. We will then have lunch at a restaurant on Bellingham Bay. After lunch we will spend some time shopping in our historical district of Fairhaven. Please let us know if you will be going on our adventure through Whatcom county so we have enough vehicles available.
