Subject: Spring Quarterly 2020
The last week has been a roller coaster for us all. This letter has transformed from what I felt was a going to be a great quarterly. To a “wait and see” letter, to a letter announcing that we are regretfully canceling our upcoming Quarterly meeting on April 18th in Tri-Cities.
The CDC issued a directive today asking for the cancellation of all gatherings and community events that exceed 50 people over the next 60 days (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/community/large-events/index.html), unfortunately our Quarterly falls within these parameters.
While our in person quarterly that we have grown to know and love will be canceled. We will still hold the meetings electronically/virtually using the same format and the normal reports will be due. Meeting details and agendas will be sent out at a later date.
The tentative meeting schedule is as follows:

I would like to express my thanks to the Tri-Cities lodge for all the work they did on planning the events and lodging for this meeting. I would like to thank everyone else for their understanding during this time of uncertainty.
In closing, I would like to remind everyone to follow the guidelines set forth by the CDC, Washington State Department of Health, and our Governors office as we learn how to navigate through this difficult time.
