Friday, April 18th
- 2:00 PM: WSEA Executive Board Meeting
- Following: Corporation Boards for the Charitable Trust and Therapy Program
- 4:00 PM: Social Time at the Lodge
- 6:00 PM: Dinner
- Menu: Smoked Salmon or Grilled Steak, Twice baked potatoes, green beans, salad, and dinner roll
- Cost: $25.00 per plate
After Dinner: Bar Olympics
Saturday, April 19th
Morning:
- Coffee, muffins, and donuts available
- 9:00 AM: Meetings focused on State Committee Chairs and Program Advocates, their reports, and direction from Liaison Officers
Lunch Menu: sandwich and chips, cost: $10.00 each
Afternoon:
- Meetings focused on committee chair and presenter training
- Report from Financial Trustees
6:00 PM: Dinner Menu: Pork chops or chicken breast with rice, salad, and dinner roll. Cost: $20.00 per plate
