The format of our State Quarterly meetings has changed. These are in-person business meetings of the Association focused on time-relevant topics and efforts. These meetings are open to any who want to attend, but committee chairs and advocates are no longer required.
Starting Friday the 17th, business meetings (WSEA, WECT, WETP) will start at 9 AM in the Lodge room. Lunch will be served at 11:30. Build your own sandwich, cost $12. After lunch will be Financial Trustee meeting. Meetings will end by 4 pm each day. Friday night dinner is Fish Fry, Cost $15.95. Need to make reservation by Wednesday October 15th by calling the lodges office at 360-479-1181. Entertainment for the evening is “Hippie and the Squids” cover charge is $5.
Saturday’s meetings will be located in the RV Shelter starting at 9 am. These meetings will include invited individual Committee Chairpersons to discuss their programs. Not all State Committee Chairpersons are required to attend Saturday, but all are welcome.
Saturday’s meetings will be focusing on committee enhancement and Winter Convention scheduling (Trainings, instructors, sequencing, etc).
Lodging Recommendations:
RV spaces are 16 available with power and water. Donations accepted.
Fairfield by Marriott Inn and Suites Bremerton WA, and Best Western Plus Silverdale Beach Hotel. Both Hotels are about 4 miles from the lodge, in opposite directions.
