The Washington Elks Therapy Program, Inc. is proud to announce an exciting change to the lunch and awards banquet at the Garland Family Charity Golf Tournament. We are also including a hotel block of rooms available to golfers on the Friday night before and Saturday of the golf tournament.
Please register by July 19, 2025. $500 entry fee per team of 4, limited to the first 25 teams. Entry fee includes green fees and cart, refreshments on course, and complimentary lunch.

Format and Rules
The Golf fundraiser will be a four person Scramble. Two golf carts will be provided for each foursome. Raffle Tickets and Mulligans will be available for purchase at the event.
We encourage the opportunity to make new friends and raise money for our State Major Project, The Washington Elks Therapy Program for Children Inc.
Cost
$125/player or $500/foursome (plus hotel and/or sponsorship). Please print and mail the registration form and pay by check or register and pay online.
