 tification November 2nd &amp\; 3rd\, 2024. The first day will focus on: 
 ritual\, why we do it\, history\, importance\, how to do it even better\
 , Flag Charge and 11 o’clock Toast training\, certification training a
 nd computer/word testing. The second day is for final performance certif
 ication.\n\nTo be a certified ritual judge you must…\n\n 	To be a cert
 ified word accuracy judge or computer judge you must be an Elk in good s
 tanding\, attend the clinic\, and pass the word or computer certificatio
 n exam one time.\n 	To be a certified ritual performance judge you must 
 be a PER\, attend two ritual certification clinics\, and have passed the
  exam two times. An ER can take the test for first approval.\n\nAny Elk 
 can attend the first day of training. Come find out more about ritual\,
