 tion Ritual or the state and national 11 O’clock Toast and Flag Charge
  Contests?\n\nCome to the North District Ritual Competition and watch ou
 r North District Lodges compete the Elks Initiation Ceremony. After the 
 ritual competition\, we will talk about the 11 O’clock and Flag Charge
  Grand Lodge competitions. You will have a chance to practice these belo
 ved and heart-felt speech traditions.\n\nANY Elk can attend these compet
 itions. Come support our ritual teams and participate yourselves!\n\nSep

  WA 98087\n\nOur Goal This Year: 6 lodge compete in the District Initiat
 ion Ritual and EVERY Lodge\, all 9 North District Lodges\, participate i
 n the WSEA 11 O’clock Toast and Flag Charge competitions held during t
 he State Winter Convention in January. Any Elk can participate in the co
 ntest\; however\, we can only send a winning Exalted Ruler or Past Exalt
 ed Ruler to represent Washington at the National Convention. (Leading Kn
