DESCRIPTION:The Hoquiam Elks organizes a community parade during the Cit
 y of Hoquiam's Loggers Playday.  The parade route goes in front of the 
 lodge.  This is our large Membership Drive and we open the lodge for al
 l to see.  The evening ends with live music and dance at 9:00 pm.
