 has closed. Please call the State Office for anything pertaining to Wint
 er convention.\n\nThe Washington State Elks Association will conduct its
  Winter Convention at the Double Tree by Hilton\, Seattle Airport\, star
 ting Thursday\, January 16th 2025. The registration form and preliminary
  agenda are attached. The hotel is going to set up a Breakfast Buffet as
  well as a Soup and Sandwich Luncheon Special to help expedite eating ti
 mes. You can also order directly off the menu. Thursday night Welcome Re
 ception was quite a success the last couple of years so we are bringing 
 back the Taco Bar with complimentary beer and wine. Friday Night Dinner 
 menu includes a choice of Steak\, Salmon or a Vegan option – Cauliflow
 er Steak. For those not participating in the meal portion of the Friday 
 night dinner\, you can still enjoy the entertainment by purchasing enter
 tainment ONLY tickets for $10.00.\nAttendee Registration\nThere should b
 e only one (1) Elk Member per registration form\, please take care to fo
 llow this request.\n\nNon Elk Spouse and Guests attending with a member 
 will be $20.00 each and listed on the Elk Member Registration form. All 
 registration forms must be received by December 5th so we can properly r
 eport room needs to the hotel by the required contract date. If received
  after December 5th an additional fee will be due upon your check-in at 
 WSEA registration table. Please understand: After December 5th\, there i
 s no guarantee hotel rooms will be available.\n\n*If you are parking at 
 the hotel without a guestroom\, the cost is $12.00 plus tax per day.\n\n
 Online registration has closed. Please call the State Office for anythin
 g pertaining to Winter convention.\n\nRegistration refunds: Full refund 
 through Jan 4th\, no refunds after.\nHotel Reservation\nRooms can be res
 erved at the convention rate of $152.75 including taxes if postmarked by
  Dec 5th. Your options are 1 bed or 2 beds in the room. If no choice is 
 made it will be entered as no preference. There is a $25 charge per nigh
 t if you request a mini refrigerator in your guest room. The total will 
 be added to your bill at checkout.\n\nHospitality rooms: If additional i
 tems are needed for the hospitality rooms\, they must be ordered through
  the Convention Chairman 2 weeks prior to arrival and will be added to t
 he charges for the Hosts guestroom. All hospitality rooms will be assign
 ed to the same area. Hospitality room hosts must complete a registration
  form to attend the convention.\n\nHotel refund policy: 48 hour advance 
 notice of your scheduled arrival date is required for a refund. After 4p
 m Jan 10th\, contact the hotel directly for changes or to cancel.\nAdvan
 ce Meal Ticket Purchase\nTickets need to be purchased in advance so we c
 an properly report plate counts by the required contract date. If no mea
 l choice is made for Friday dinner it will be entered as Steak. Please u
 nderstand: You do not have the ability to purchase these tickets at conv
 ention. The Entertainment ticket should be purchased in advance\, there 
 will only be a small quantity of these available on-site.\n\nAdvance mea
