Spring Quarterly Meeting
April 17, 2026 - April 18, 2026
The Walla Walla Elks Lodge is looking forward to hosting the WSEA Spring Quarterly on April 19-20, 2024.
We are located adjacent to US Highway 12 and right below the Veterans Memorial Golf Course at 152 Par 72 Dr. Arriving from the west take the City Center (2nd St) exit. Then left on 2nd and right at the end toward the grain elevators. Right on Rees Ave and left on Par 72 Dr. Arriving from the east take the Rees Ave exit and an immediate right on Par 72 Dr.
Thursday April 18th – The lodge is open from 4:30-8:00pm (stays open later if busy). A variety of Panini Sandwiches are available for $14, served with Potato or Macaroni salad and your choice of whatever chips are on hand that week.
Friday April 19th
► Golf at the Veterans Memorial Golf course. The first Tee time is 9:00am. We booked Four foursomes. The format will be determined that morning. Cost is $67 ($60 seniors) and a $17 card cost.
► Washington State Elks Association Executive Board Meeting 2p to 4p. All Elks members welcome to attend this meeting.
► Social time in our Lounge at 4:30pm followed by dinner at 6:00. The menu is Chicken Cordon Blue, mashed potatoes, green beans with salad and dinner roll for $28.
Saturday April 20th
► Breakfast is available prior to the meeting. Choice of Omelet or Eggs your way with Bacon or Sausage, or Biscuits and Gravy with choice of meat. All served with Hashbrowns and toast. $15 a plate.
► Coffee, water, and pastries during the meeting.
► State Meetings begin at 9a
► Salad and sandwich bar for lunch – $12
► Spouses wine tasting / Lunch in town – Dutch treat
► Dinner – Baked Potato bar – $14
► Evening: Loudmouth Bingo hosted by VP East Lana Davick and Cheryl Collins
RSVP for Friday Dinner is required. Call the Lodge at 509-525-2870 or email info@wallawallaelks.org prior to Friday April 12th. PLEASE leave a message if no one is available to answer when you call. Fellow Elks – an RSVP is really necessary, so we can purchase enough supplies for this dinner. We do not have a paid chef; volunteers staff our kitchen!
►We blocked 20 rooms at the Quality Inn April 18th-21st under the name “Elks Lodge.” 520 N. 2nd Ave, 509-525-2522. Just a 2-minute drive to the Lodge. Ten single Kings at $109 and ten double Queens at $119 plus tax. This is the preferred hotel and prices are based off a 3 night minimum.

Unfortunately, we do not have RV parking at the Lodge. The Blue Valley RV Park is located across Par 72 Dr from the Lodge at 50 George St, Walla Walla. Call the RV Park at 509-525-8282 for reservations. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. We look forward to your visit.
